Hi folks,

Thanks for bearing with us through the testing of the new chat rooms, which are being implemented in order to enable the use of mobile devices to connect to chat (something our old chat rooms don't support, and apparently never will as development has stopped on them). Over 25 percent of our members access our community through a mobile device, so it's important that we provide access to all of our features equally to all members.

On December 21, 2013, Saturday morning (ET), we will switch over to the new chat room system and all the menus here will lead to the new chat rooms. After we're certain people are able to access them through these menus, the old chat rooms will be closed and taken offline.
