Now that I have had a chance to "cool off" I am seeing my DBT T's thought process. I have not fully been immersing myself into DBT. I don't do my diary card on a daily basis nor do I do my homework like I am supposed to. I also not calling for coaching calls when I was in a crisis. I think this is why she wants me to temporarily stop seeing the other professional supporters in my life. I am going to call my dietician and see what she thinks as my next visit with her is Jan 8th. My ED T is understanding of me not seeing her anymore. I will still be able to see my psychiatrist, which is a good thing.
