Congratulations on a strong start! That's really important. I quit numerous time before the last time took - and each time I discovered that for me, the first three weeks were always the hardest. For me it wasn't the physical cravings that got to me, it was the anxiety, the restlessness. I was a chain smoker and smoking took up a lot of time. I didn't know what to replace it with. But it's been six years now and I haven't looked back.
