I use a lot of observation with my intrusive thoughts. I have an intrusive thought, its upsets me, I then look at that thought, label it for what it is - an intrusive thought that means nothing. And continue with my life. Im still playing around with what coping mechanisms work for me. I have intrusive thoughts so often sometimes its hard to remember what I had planned to do with them.
