Agree with monochomatic. CBT and mindfulness have been extremely helpful - but both of which I have done mainly on my own rather than in therapy. I did online courses and a lot of my own practice. Therapy with someone has been very helpful too, I think essential in treating a mental health condition. Meds can only do so much, the rest is up to you.
