darkness inside
nowhere to hide
the stench of death
with every breath
the taste of blood
washes over in a flood
the pain of the first cut
look up to see the door shut
the darkness grows
the dim light goes
alone in a blood pool
alone with a cutting tool
lay still in a red damp bed
