Yes, I have body psychotherapy and the whole point is to use the sensations in your body to access feelings and emotions. You say you have shut stuff out to deal with in March, but that your energy levels are low etc, but in my experience at least, this will be related and body psychotherapy would bring that stuff nearer to the surface. I have similar problems and have learn over years of therapy that if I shut stuff out I get completely exhausted to a point I can hardly function. I'm not sure of an answer but if you really don't want to deal with stuff at the moment I would avoid body psychotherapy! Good luck with this as it sounds like you are having a tough time. I hope you find a way to improve your energy levels a different way such as nutrition, exercise, socialising and laughing always has helped me
