I've been married for about 10 months now. my husband and I are still very much in love with each other, but my nagging anxiety about losing our relationship just keeps increasing. I don't know how to makes the thoughts stop, wether it is jealousy, or wondering about what he dosen't share, or taking too seriously the little ways people start to get used to each other, or when he is prreoccupied. How do i get this anxiety to calm down, so I can live in reality?
