I can TOTALLY relate to what you are feeling. I too have OCD and react the same way you do when I become upset with my loved ones. I ALWAYS feel bad after I get angry and then I worry that if something happens to them it is almost my fault or I would feel horrible if that was the last time I spoke with for instance my mom and I treated her bad. I know exactly what you are feeling trust me. And it can be so incredibly stressful when you feel that way not to mention the feelings of guilt that go along with it! UGH! I hate it!! Anyway, believe me you are not alone.
