They're scared for you, and it's coming out as anger. The knife thing's not a good idea, Kureha. That's why almost everyone you talk to pushes back against it. Think about how many people - including people you really trust like your old psychologist and your pdoc - have told you to leave the knife at home.
I'm really sorry you don't feel safe, but the knife's not the answer.
