Usually I hear voices that sound like I'm in a crowded restaurant, hearing bits and pieces of other people's conversations. Because of a med change, I'm not hearing voices often anymore,

But recently I've heard this one, loud voice that sounded a lot like an abuser of mine and he'd instruct me to do really bad things to myself and my family to protect them and myself.
