It seems like you have many negative associations with your bed (and rightfully so). I know there are some things that can help like only lying in bed for a few minutes at a time and if you can t fall asleep getting up and doing something. My partner moves from the bed to the couch if she wakes up after a few hours of sleep and moves back and forth throughout the night.
