So I had my appt with my primary care physician today other than my blood pressure being high she also confirmed my therapists thought that I am showing classic manic symptoms. She started me on seroquel and cut my viibryd down to half dose. She also is making a referral to a psychiatrist. Which I have to make sure insurance will cover the ones she suggested. It's so confusing... I don't really know if I truly fit here but where else can I go??? I'm still very up just confused....
