Continue taking those general education requirements -- they can really help to give you an idea of what you like, what you're good at, where your interests lay.

In the meantime, taking an upper level psychology course -- see how you like it.

During the summer, do an internship or volunteer in your chosen field of study. Not only will it look good on your resume & job applications, you will have experience and give you an idea of what to expect in counseling and if you want to go that route in your educational endeavors.
