Can you add an option to change fonts, default colors to black and default font sizes to the user?

Like I prefer to have sizes and fonts to all be the same.

Is there a way to allow actions to be used? Like

Can something be programmed to make the PM's more friendlier? They kind of get in the way of the chatroom and if you have multiple PM's up there is a lag to bring up chats + you're covering the main chat up.

Personally, I liked the way old PM's worked (the tabs) and I think it would be cool if you could pull PM's out of the main interface and have them as separate windows that would stay up as long as you're in the main chat. Kind of like facebook chat.
