For me, paxil, celexa and prozac have worked at different times. And all have stopped working for me as well. Which is why I have had to switch among them. Right now my paxil isn't working so well, but I am loathe to switch to one of the other two again because I am afraid it might not work this time or I'll feel worse before I feel better. So I went up to 30 mg paxil-previously took 20-and it seems to have helped except I am feeling more anxious--which I don't like. I don't see it as much of an improvement to feel less depressed but more anxious.

That's my 2 cents for what it's worth.

Bipolar disorder with very long depressions and short hypomanic episodes. I initially love the hypomanic episodes until I realize they inevitably led to terrrible depressions. I take paroxetine, lamotrogine and klonopin.
