Hi Grey. I've only been in the chat rooms here I think twice ever. Never been in a support chat at all. Can you explain how a support chat works? or direct me to where I can find out? I have lots of questions about it. Since you're a chat leader, does that mean you answer questions? or...do you pick a topic and then everyone pipes in? or...is it more like info sharing? or... I know the obvious answer is for me to just attend one. that's scary though. I've always been curious about how they work but terrified to jump in and find out. or ask. so...baby steps!
