Restless Leg Syndrome
Does anyone suffer from it?

I've had it since I was a teenager, usually accentuated my insomnia.

Its just this really excruciating twitching sensation in my foot, sometimes both, and it keeps me up for quite a while.
It only occur when I'm about to fall into deep sleep, them I feel the twitching and just flex my foot to rid of the pain.

Helps but takes away the sleep
