Mulan, I am sorry if you feel overlooked or ignored, however, some people, like myself simply haven't occupied the same threads you post in and of those who have, they are probably seeking the same answers you are, and that is why they are occupying the same thread you are.
Most people on here do not know answers. We are all facing mental health challenges of one kind or another. We can offer "support" but not always answers. There is a big difference between support and answers. How much satisfaction you receive from any site depends on what your expectations or hopes are when you enter it.
The professionals are often the best people to turn to for answers. Resources can help you find information to better keep you knowledgeable on your condition and treatments and how to better understand your professional health care providers. It is those health care providers though or social program professionals who can direct you toward what you may need. Peers, such as members on this website or other support networks, can offer personal stories of experiences similar to those of your own and compassion for what you experience and let you know that others understand.
We all welcome you with open arms and hearts to feel comfortable in expressing your thoughts, feelings and opinions here and still hope that you think again about leaving Psych Central.
Many Hugs Your Way.
