Everywhere I look the sleep/wake cycle is stressed as crucially important with managing BP.
It seems like most everybody needs at least 7 to 8 hours at night and maybe even naps during the day.
I'm wondering why less sleep is what works for me ?
Bedtime is around 2am. Wake-up time is around 7am.
If I get more than 6 hours of sleep there's a high chance I'll be depressed.
Is there anyone else who is like this ?
Thanks for this!
