When I or one of my parts is having a difficult time with a memory or concept or thought, I ask my therapist to leave me a message reminding about what we talked about or what she would say to me or my part if I was with her. This gives me something to listen to over and over again and also prevents me from calling her nonstop when I am struggling but not in crisis.
