I know, I quit a few weeks ago, for 10 days.... was so proud of myself, till something really upset me, then I said, just one pack, well I'm three packs later and regretting starting again. They say every time you quit it gets easier, I've quit so many
times in my life and it gets harder for me. One thing I did to quit, and may sound weird, but keep telling yourself you hate the smell of smoke, and if you dirink coffee with it, give that up too. I usually had a drink of something with the smoke, it disguises the taste of the cig, so don't have anything with the cig, really taste how awful it is... hope you hang in there!
