It's Christmas day over in my part of the world already so I wanted to wish everyone a happy Christmas; and hope that everyone is staying safe, well, and doing the best they can throughout this season .... I know it can be especially hard for those who have therapists taking breaks and hope the time passes quickly until the next session if that is the case
