A restraining order will get it through his head.
1. You are minimizing his actions and saying he isn't dangerous. What part of rape isn't dangerous?
2. You are uncomfortable enough to post on here.
3. You will spend no more than a hour or so in court...and will be free from his stalking. What is bad about that?
