I would so like to get out of this work rut I am in and that is why I have returned to school so many times in my life to retrain for other careers or trades but I continue to get shunned due to lack of experience. I have to keep falling back on the same crappy industry I do have experience in just to find work because they are the only people who WILL hire me. I feel like giving up and this has led to my occasional thoughts now of ending life. I can't get out of this rut even though I have been trying to for 20 years. When will employers give educated people a chance to ATTAIN their experience?
