I'm having a hard time in recovery lately because I can't tell if I relapsed or not. A friend from program told me that it's obvious when you relapsed, that you'd know right away.

Every time I wash my hands, every time I stomp my feet and scratch my head, every time I drink from my water glass.

I haven't drank or used a drug in about a year and a half.
