I don't know you well enough to know what you have and haven't done. I have talked to quite a few people and some of them truly are doing all they can to find a job but others don't seem to be taking advantage of the services available to them. Of course I don't know what is available in every state but in the places I have lived the do offer free things like job hunting and interviewing skills. They might have job postings. These companies are generally friendly to people that have looking and we are not talking mcdonalds either. The federal govt offers some money for retraining in another field. I took advantage of this years ago to finish my last year of college. Also, the library should have a copy of "what color is your parachute" which I assume is still updated yearly.
I know what it is like to be frustrated looking. It's hard to be motivated but maybe at least one or two of these ideas will help.
