Oh, and I forgot! Make sure you have some sort of religious beliefs that way the judge can assume you go to church every week (even if you really don't) and we all know that a "real" disabled person doesn't ever go to church--because, well, you know, that would be just too social.
Make sure you trick the doctors into writing in your chart that you aren't supposed to lift more than five pounds (because of a hernia and severe back problems) just so you can brag to the judge that you can really carry around 20 pounds like it was nothing. (I was actually accused of doing that by the judge. In her letter she stated that I actually conned the doctors into thinking that I could only lift 5 pounds, but that I bragged to her-the judge-that I could really carry around 20 pounds like it was nothing.)
And remember that you are only disabled until you actually apply for disability. The judge told me that I did show signs of being disabled for the year before I applied, but I suddenly got better afterwards!
Yet, WE are not supposed to perjure ourselves.
