Here is a joke to try to make you feel better.

A piece of string walks into a bar. The bartendar says "Look buddy we don't serve your kind here."
The string walks out and gets so angry he twists himself around and walks back into the bar.
Bartendar says "Weren't you that piece I string I just kicked out?"
The piece of string says "No I'm a frayed knot."
