Am slowly feeling a bit better. I didn't stay in bed all day. Hooray for me! I actually rearranged my bedroom today and did a lot of washing. Afterwards I went to eat with my kids at a nice restaurant. I enjoyed the great meal and spending time with my kids. I'm trying to remember to stop, notice and be thankful for all the little things in life. Just another small step in my clawing out of this deep depression.
