Hey guys

Thank you so much for all your support and great ideas during my last attempt.

I'm starting again tomorrow. I feel like the longer I smoke the harder it's going to be to be motivated enough to try again.

I've got the straws and chewy, the music and found some good guided meditations on You Tube for when my emotional pain overwhelms me.

How are you all doing?
