I gave him lots of lemons from our Meyer lemon tree plus a book since he is in several reading groups and we talk about "theory" at times. I don't celebrate Christmas but he does so it was really just to appreciate him at a time of the year that is about giving from his perspective. He invited me to drive by his house to see all the lights he put up. It's on a short cut from my bank stop to all the main stores so it's not out of the way. I'm not really into that sort of thing, but I'll probably pass by there because of getting food so I'll take a look.
