). I have the same though pattern. Going to therapy is the most positive thing in my life right now. After I have a session, I start planning what I need to discuss at my next session. Often, I get something figured out on my own before I get to meet with her. Often, I just have too much on my list to cover in the alloted time.
I don't think I am obsessed. I think it is natural to replay positive experiences. I think it is a good thing to look forward to and plan for the next appointment.
