That is one of the consequences of going to see a Female Therapist (in particular a younger one), although I think that is a small price to pay because I have always felt most comfortable around Female Therapists (in particular those who are in their 30s or early 40s), I was lucky that the Therapist who I saw for 4 years (who I saw when she was in her late 30s) never went on maternity leave.

But at the same time I wouldn't feel too mad if my Therapist had to go on maternity leave because if that did happen it would remind me that my Therapist is a real person, i.e. young women have babies and when they do they go on maternity leave.
