My T appears to have firm boundaries and i've known her for 3 months so I just made for her the best illustration I could about a book she had recommended me - and basically about our work together. I didn't have the guts to say it was for her so I just took it out to see T's reaction. She liked it beyond all expectations and after talking about it - as it was about the story - she asked if she could keep it as she really loved it. I said, of course, it's for you. I'm glad she spoke for me, lol.
