Go to DBT Self Help to the "instant mindfulness" section and do a few of the meditations. They are short and may help you ground yourself a little. If that doesn't do the trick, isolate yourself for a bit if that's a option. Hang in there...everything passes. It's hell when you're going through it, but it all passes.
