I used to take Teng Kui (spelling) which helped. I started the day before my period or when the stomaches would begin... it's herbal, which is nice and safe.

And I used to use cyclokapron because I used to bleed a lot... a lot - a lot. But if you have hight blood pressure or any kind of heart condition then it is very dangerous to take because it's a blood coagulant....
It also helped with the cramps and stuff a bit.

I found out recently from the gyno that the reason my period was so painful is because of cysts...

But now I am lucky enough to say I don't have to experience any periods anymore!!!!!!!! (Out of choice... implanted contraception - it lasts for 5 years!) I will never look back... ever!
