Mine depends on the cycle... at first the mornings were awful and felt like dying... i had to drag myself every morning to go to work...and drive...things that were very helpful: breathing exercises and drinking water...

i read that due to biological reasons it's very common and normal to have this crazy anxiety rush the moment you wake up... and said that thinks that could work were having a little snack and drinking something.. i cannot try the eating part because if i eat so early in the morning i always throw up...so i just did the water thing...

At the moment i'm ok on mornings but the anxiety is getting me now at nights... so far the only thing that kinda helps is doing my breathing exercises paired with nice choir music and praying to get to sleep soon...
