You spend all this money on going back to school only to end up with another unfulfilling job where profit trumps employee well-being. And non-profit is no savior because they are even more constrained by limited funds. You still have a situation where success is defined by how much you can get done with the least amount of resources. People suffer as a result. Maybe cynicism has taken me over.
