No. Just maybe it isn't for you. Therapy isn't for everyone is it? Maybe you need a different kind of therapy? There are different kinds. It's not a one shoe fits all. More of a you need to try everything to find what is best. You are an individual. Different things work for different people, right?
You can either stick with her, drop the therapy altogether or try to repair the damaged relationship. Not many choices. Or try a different kind of therapy or try to get a new t even though that will be rather hard for you. Do you see a way forward in this? If so, what do you think could happen? What will help you move forward.
