im in the same boat, my t gave me a safety plan, she will call me tomorrow, then crisis will call me every 5 hours or so until the first at 6 pm then i see her on thursday, I spiral feel very unsafe get flashbacks, I need a hiding place, I already am getting the jitters and the anxiety. lets stay safe, if you need to pm me, feel free.
