I'm really not an expert but it sounds to me like you may be bi-polar, you might try ck'ng out the forum here and seeing if it sounds familiar to you.
I was dx'ed bi-polar about 11 yrs ago and know how it is, it was much easier for me once I found out what it was, I was beginning to think I was losing it.
You didn't mention though if you are on any medications that might be producing this as a side effect.
