I had heard that birth control could cause depression. Unfortunately I am allergic to latex of all things so my options are kinda limited. I try to keep up on the reports and health effects of birth control since I have been on it for so long almost 6 years now I think. However I also realize that all meds have some sort of side effects.
I do smoke (I know it is bad) but I am looking into quitting and I go yearly to my gyno for a check up to make sure that I am alright. I am supposedly a very healthly reproducing woman. However I will keep your suggestions in mind.
