Okay, kicking this back up. I just stretched 2 days in a row, an hour each time. Midway thru the 2nd workout (hey it is for me!) I was already doing stuff i couldnt do the first day. I mean like getting lower etc. My (totally ridiculous) goal is to get my splits, so i will be reporting here.
