My lawyer already told me that so much depends on the judge, which is really unfortunate. It sounds like yours was awful. ((Safe hugs to you))

Yeah, the "reasons" she gave me were really bizarre and baffling. It's like she just made stuff up as she went along. One of my medical reports stated that I'm not supposed to lift more than 5 pounds (yes my back is that bad) but the judge claimed that I conned the doctor into putting that in my report and that I "bragged" to her (the judge) that I go around carrying 20-25 pounds like it was nothing!

She also stated that it appeared that I WAS disabled for the year before I applied but that I suddenly got better once I applied.
