Can I just say omg. I totally relate to this. The only way I was able to escape and even start feeling better was to get away from my family to the point I only talk to them when I have to. Maybe going into the group home would be good for you in that aspect and would help show your therapist you aren't as horrible as they're being told. I just wanted to let you know I understand.
