So it's been a week and a day since I moved into this joint. i like almost every one here. They squabble alot I just observe, since I'm here I might as well observe and learn to see what I will face once I'm a T.

Two things have come up.

1) I really like this one guy that's here, he's only a year younger then me, and he's quiet like me, but he makes sure he's always sitting next to me at meals and when waiting for meds or any time we're both in the dining room. If I talk to him he'll talk more to me than anyone else. I think he may like me too? Never been good at gauging friendship or if it's something more. However it doesn't matter since we can't date when we're both living here.

AND as it is New Years Eve, something I am grateful for in 2013.

Here's an example.
Just today I was scrolling down my facebook wall and saw that one of my friends' grandfather bought her a new car, like brand new. And I got bitter and jealous (Because my family is dirt poor and only my one gram knows how to drive), before I realized I have a T who sheltered me, gave me food, gave me more people that will and do care for me, and who celebrate holidays. A thrown together family, yet everyone is genuine in here.

So **** you new car, I have all these people, plus a T I wouldn't trade for the entire world. Beat that!
