Oh I understand now. You thought I was having leg cramps..I meant menstual cramps. If I was having leg cramps I would definately be worried!! I thought that is what she meant with the Oregano tea. I was on Benadryl to help reduce anxiety and it always made me sleep so I guess I can try that again.
Birth control affects so many people in different ways. I really did not have too many side effects like weight gain and spotting but the birth control patch made me crazy. I put on 30 pounds in one month when I started it and I felt really moody all the time. There are so many different kinds of the pill though. If you do not like the one you are on keep trying. Ortho Tricyclan has a new low hormone dose out that is suppose to be really good. Maybe that would work for you.
