Lately I have been having such strong feelings of guilt. I would say they have been present frequently for a few months now, and they are at the point where it's hard for me to even focus on anything at all. Well I have been looking into some spiritual readings and just came across this article on karma: Reincarnation, karma and past lives by Benjamin Creme

It did manage to take some weight off of me, I'm not sure how long this feeling will last however. Hopefully this might lighten a burden for some of you as well. I also may post some more of my findings into his thread later.
