No, we don't know the underlying issue (i.e. Grave's), but I kinda doubt that (knowing that I don't know poop from applebutter about it), because she was always borderline hypothyroid prior to pregnancy.

It makes me think it's the breakdown from back, steroids, then hormones from pregnancy...
